I'm Fiona - the resident fighter of fires. The story my CV tells is one deeply rooted in entertainment and consumer brands working from a 360 operations & production point of view.

As such, I've enjoyed a multi-hyphenated career over the last 10 years spanning music events, project management, brand & content strategy, publishing, and social impact.

I specialise in running projects and businesses within the creative industry covering both organisational process (finance, contracting, supplier management, etc), and the more creative elements (design, content creation, talent and partnership management etc).

I'm happiest when solving a problem, thinking long term, talking to people and submerged in data! I’ve always believed that my purpose in life is to be of service to people so I'll always prioritise the customer and staff experience - we're nothing without them.

I'm known to manage cross departmental teams in hyper growth periods without breaking much of a sweat. All in all, I care more about finding the solution than complaining about the problem. I never claim to know all the answers, but I sure as hell will try my best to get them.

Outside of my professional work, I can be found developing a new programme for my CIC Visualise in Motion, a social enterprise on a mission to develop industry-recognised programmes that build confidence, knowledge and skills among aspiring creative entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs through events, online courses, project-based learning and creative briefs/challenges.

My personal mission is to simplify the distribution of information, experiences, and skills to early-stage creative entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs, and those from underprivileged backgrounds. It has been my personal mission since I ran my first youth programme at the age of 18.

I'm also continuously thinking about new flavours for my sweet butter brand Dolce Butter (available in Honey, Ginger Honey, Vanilla and Lemon). Running a product-based business is pretty damn hard, but I'm enjoying the process.
